BFM provides:

  • Retail and wholesale sale of construction and home improvement products
  • Custom-made cabinets, doors, and related materials
  • Showroom display and project-based solutions
  • Online sales and quotation services

Certain products may be made-to-order or customized according to client specifications.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

4. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for seven (7) days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Custom project pricing may vary depending on final measurements, specifications, and approved designs.
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions may be corrected at any time.

BFM reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors.

5. Orders & Payment Terms

A. Standard Products

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification.

B. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

  • A non-refundable downpayment may be required to begin production.
  • Production will commence only upon receipt of required payment and final approval of design/specifications.
  • Full payment may be required prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to settle balances may result in suspension of delivery or installation.

6. Production & Lead Time

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Material availability
  • Force majeure events
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Client-requested changes

BFM shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. Custom Projects & Specifications

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements
  • Approving final drawings/specifications
  • Ensuring site readiness prior to installation

Once approved, design changes may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

8. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon:

  • Successful delivery and acknowledgment receipt, or
  • Release to third-party logistics provider

Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom-made or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless defective or non-conforming to agreed specifications.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product images, designs, descriptions, and branding materials, are the property of BFM and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Custom design drawings and project materials remain intellectual property of BFM unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

BFM shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Installation issues caused by inaccurate client measurements
  • Damages arising from misuse or improper installation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

12. Warranties

Warranty coverage, if applicable, shall be limited to manufacturer warranties or specific written agreements provided at the time of sale.

Normal wear and tear, improper handling, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To infringe intellectual property rights
  • To transmit harmful code or malware
  • To engage in fraudulent activity

Violation may result in termination of access.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these Terms & Conditions.

15. Force Majeure

BFM shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila.

17. Amendments

BFM reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
