CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation – Standard Products
For in-stock or standard items:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
- Once the item has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
If eligible, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, less applicable transaction or bank processing fees.
2. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products:
- Orders may only be cancelled prior to production commencement.
- Once production has started, cancellations are no longer permitted.
- Downpayments are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced.
Production is deemed to have started once:
- Final design or drawings have been approved, and
- Required downpayment has been received.
3. Project-Based & Installation Orders
For project-based services (including cabinets, doors, and installation services):
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or fabricated, the customer shall be liable for incurred material and labor costs.
- If installation scheduling has already been confirmed, cancellation may be subject to rescheduling or mobilization fees.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellation
BFM reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Fraud suspicion
- Force majeure events
- Failure of customer to comply with payment terms
In such cases, any eligible refund shall be returned to the original payment method.
5. Refund Processing for Approved Cancellations
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–14 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
Bank charges, transaction fees, and administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.
6. Force Majeure
Orders cannot be cancelled on the basis of delays caused by events beyond BFM’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Transportation delays
7. How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted via:

Requests must include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation is not considered valid until confirmed in writing by BFM.
