SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully verified.
- Standard in-stock items: processed within 1–3 business days
- Custom or made-to-order items: production lead time applies (see Section 4)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the Philippines.
Shipping options may include:
- Local delivery within Metro Manila
- Provincial delivery via third-party logistics providers
- Warehouse or showroom pickup (by appointment)
Shipping availability may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are:
- Calculated at checkout (for standard items), or
- Quoted separately for bulky, fragile, or custom items
Large items such as cabinets, doors, panels, or bulk construction materials may require special handling and freight arrangements.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote or restricted delivery areas
- Re-delivery attempts due to failed receipt
- Special equipment (e.g., crane, lift service, or manpower)
4. Production & Lead Time (Custom Orders)
For made-to-order or customized items:
- Lead time begins only after downpayment confirmation and final design approval.
- Estimated production timelines will be communicated via quotation or order confirmation.
- Shipping schedule will be arranged upon completion of production.
Delays may occur due to material availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
5. Delivery Conditions
Customers must ensure that:
- Delivery address is accurate and accessible
- Someone authorized is available to receive the items
- The site is ready for unloading or installation
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or site issues, re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect items upon receipt.
Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this period may result in the claim being denied.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer:
- Upon successful delivery and signed acknowledgment, or
- Upon release of goods to a third-party logistics provider
BFM is not liable for damage caused during third-party transport unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Installation Services (If Applicable)
If installation is included:
- Installation schedule will be coordinated separately.
- Customers must ensure site readiness prior to scheduled installation.
- Delays caused by site unpreparedness may incur additional charges.
9. Force Majeure
BFM shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, labor shortages, or supply chain interruptions.
