REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Period
We offer a fourteen (14) calendar day return window from the date the item is received.
Requests beyond this period may no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (official receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
BFM reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the returned item prior to approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Items produced based on approved drawings or specifications
- Special order or personalized products
- Installed products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Custom items are considered final sale once production has commenced following downpayment confirmation and design approval.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or documentation.
Failure to report within this period may result in denial of the claim.
5. Return Process

Approved returns must be coordinated prior to shipment. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping, pick-up, or logistics fees shall be shouldered by the customer unless the return is due to verified company error or manufacturing defect.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for eligible items subject to stock availability.
The fastest method to obtain a replacement item is to return the approved item and place a new order once return approval is granted.
7. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Confirmed factory or manufacturing defects
- Damage caused by company personnel during delivery or installation
- Failure to deliver within the agreed timeline due solely to company fault
- Proven inability to supply the confirmed order
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.
Bank charges, transaction fees, or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
8. Custom & Project-Based Orders
For custom cabinets, doors, and project-based items:
- Downpayments are strictly non-refundable once production has begun.
- Design approvals constitute confirmation of final specifications.
- Changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges.
BFM shall not be responsible for measurement errors provided by the customer.
9. Installation-Related Concerns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Improper installation by third parties
- Site-related structural issues
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
Installation concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
10. Final Determination
BFM reserves the right to make the final determination on eligibility for return, exchange, or refund based on inspection and compliance with this policy.
